Quarters are standard cut and include an even mix of cuts from the front and hind and will be approximately 100-110lbs and butchering/packaging fees are all included. Steaks are cut 1.5 inch thick. Roasts are approximately 4 lbs each.
We make sure each carcass has reached the “finished stage”. This means that the cow was mature enough and had enough time to put on adequate weight and build marbling for premium quality tender beef! The whole beef is dry-aged for 21 days for quality enhancement. More flavour, more tenderness!
An invoice for the remaining fee will be emailed to you when your beef is ready.
Payment is due before the order is delivered or picked up.
Payment is accepted via e-transfer unless otherwise arranged.
